1st Grade Teacher
I graduated from a small private school in 1996. December of 2000, I graduated from Southeast Missouri State. I obtained my master’s degree in elementary administration in December 2005, from William Woods University. In May 2016, I graduated from William Woods University with a specialist degree in administration.
I have a bachelors of science in elementary education with an emphasis in early childhood. I am certified to teach birth through 6th grade. I have a master’s degree in elementary administration and a specialist degree in administration.
I am on the PLC (Professional Learning Committee) team, PD team, and Math Academy team.
I started teaching at Southeast Elementary in August 2001. This is my 18th year teaching first grade! I teach ELA, math, phonics, writing, handwriting, and grammar,
I graduated from Southeast Missouri State in December of 2000. I subbed for Sikeston R6 before being hired for the 2001-2002 school year as a first grade teacher.
I am happily married and have been for 17 years! We got married on February 17, 2001. I have one child. My son is 10 years old and in the fourth grade. He is a super smart and lovable boy! We recently bought a camper so we love to go camping, hiking in the woods, and swimming in the river. I also have a niece and nephew that I think are pretty awesome too! They live in Asheville, North Carolina.
I love to shop for clothes, make-up, shoes, and purses! I like to go out to eat and spend time with my family. My favorite place to go is the beach! During the summer, me and my son are usually at the pool. I also love to go camping.
